Following the successful bid by Southern Community Laboratories for the Canterbury Community testing contract Sonic Health decided to sell the Medlab South business to Southern Community Laboratories.
This sale sees the provision of services to the Nelson Marlborough and South Canterbury DHB's for laboratory services being provided by Southern Community Laboratories.
