Make a Remote Laboratory Request

To request laboratory tests after a remote consult, you can email the laboratory request form to labrequest@sclabs.co.nz. Your patient can then present at any Canterbury SCL collection centre and the form will be available in our system.

Formalin Pottle Recall

Thermo Fisher Scientific have identified a problem with leaking containers of 70ml 10% formalin in batch numbers: G6663, G6664 and G6665. Please check your supplies, if you have any of these batch numbers return them to the Canterbury SCL Stores Department for replacement. Only these batches are affected, all other pots are fine.
